Sunny Hills Team wins
DOUBLE STATE CHAMPIONS
Team members Austin Fung, Sophia Winters, Mayra Diaz, and Jesse Reyes competed in both the Fruit Tree and Grapevine Judging CDE competitions and were announced as the State Champions in both respective contests.

Each year, our chapter sends some of our members to Fresno to participate in the California FFA State Conference hosted by our state officers. Our members spent 5 days and 4 nights meeting other members from all over the state. They got to participate in various workshops and meet with college representatives! Consider attending this year!

Super Speech Saturday
On February 25 some of our members competed in CDE competitions such as Job Interview, Extemporaneous, Prepared, and Creed Speaking. After weeks of practice it finally paid off with some of our members advancing on to region. We wish them all the best of luck!
Orange Section Ice Skating
On February 17th we ended our FFA Week with a night out at Anaheim Ice with the rest of the Orange Section. Schools such as Fullerton, Sonora, and Mission Viejo attended leading for our members to make some new friends and become more involved.
FFA Week
Our chapter celebrated FFA Week from February 14 to February 17. Each day, our officers held a different activity in the Quad during break as well as having members participate in spirit days. We ended the celebration with our annual kiss the cow contest! This year our lucky winner was none other than popular English teacher, Mr. Brown!
